The official teaser of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is an action-adventure at the next level, where Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff steal the show. Bollywood’s two action stars, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, will share the screen in an upcoming action-thriller film.
The film has been in discussion since December 2021, and on February 8, 2022, the producers released a special 2:11 seconds announcement video on social media featuring Akshay and Tiger. From the video, it’s evident that the film promises to be a spectacular action thriller.
On YouTube, the video dropped on the official channel of experienced producer Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment. Originally scheduled for February 6, the announcement video was postponed due to the demise of the legendary singer Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar.
Is it a remake?
Initially, there were hints that this film would be a remake of the successful 1998 action comedy of the same name, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda. Although Vashu Bhagnani was associated with the film financially, it has now been confirmed that it’s not a remake but an action thriller. The action-packed teaser is set to release on January 24, 2024.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan star cast
This film brings together two big action stars from different generations, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, with the added power-packed performance of Malayalam film industry’s Prithviraj in a pivotal role.
Regarding the female lead, there were discussions on social media about actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shraddha Kapoor initially. However, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, and Sonakshi Sinha have been confirmed as the lead female cast.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is set to release on Eid 2024 in Hindi and its dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
Director and production: Directed by Abbas Jaffar of Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai fame, the film is produced under the banner of Pooja Entertainment by Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Jackky Bhagnani, Himanshu, and Kishan Mehra.

The teaser, released on Wednesday, features Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff engaging in intense combat with their adversary, Prithvi Sukumaran, who aims to destroy India. The film promises high-octane action stunts and is jointly produced by April Entertainment and AG Films, slated for an ID release in 2024. Initially planned for a December 2023 release, the film was shot in Scotland, London, India, and UAE.
